Frequently Asked QuestionsHow is the trial version different from the full version?The trial version only lets you update from eBay thirty times. It also occasionally displays reminders to purchase. Otherwise, the two versions have identical functionality. Back to TopWhat do I get when I purchase?You receive an unlock key by email that turns your trial version into the full version. You also receive one year of free program updates. Updates add new features and keep the program current with any eBay changes. However, if you want All My Auctions to retrieve the email addresses of your high bidders, you will need to enter it into the program. Your password is sent only to eBay. eBay will not release the email addresses of your buyers without your password. The password is stored in the All My Auctions database on your computer. You can edit these reports or you can create your own reports based on any information stored within the database. You can use your own business logo and graphics in the reports you create. Back to TopWhat if I change my eBay seller ID?Mark your old seller ID as inactive in the User Profile. Then add your new seller ID. All My Auctions will even let you use multiple seller IDs. Back to TopWill the program manage items I sell on consignment?Yes. You can view each of your consignors separately or combined. You can create custom reports for any consignor. Back to TopCan I list on more than one eBay site?Yes. Many of our users sell on multiple eBay sites. Make an entry for each site you list on in the User Profile screen. (Helpful hint: Append the country to the name listed in the storage folder) Back to TopCan I use the program on more than one computer? (Network)?Sure. You can share your database between the different machines, or designate one computer to hold the official database. However, if your machines are networked and sharing the same database, only one person can use the program at a time. Back to TopHow do I remove the program if I decide not to purchase?Open Windows Control Panel. Select Add/Remove Programs. Select All My Auctions and click Change/Remove. After the removal utility completes, you can delete the AucSeller folder if you no longer want your program database. Back to TopDo you have a MAC version of AMAFS?Not natively.
