This software is the backbone of my fulltime eBay business. It manages everything post-listing including pulling all important data on the items when they end from eBay including end price, winner, winner's email etc. It can then keep a track of every stage of the transaction and manage all the communications. It can send winner emails, print packing slips, and prepare monthly profit and loss reports. All of these are completely customizable by you and you can define as many form emails as you want for any possibility in your transaction.

This product does everything great and I definitely recommend it. It is worth the $40 to register it after the eval period. I have used it for over 2 years and love the user interface. I track all my auctions with this software and am very happy. Other than not importing my store items and 2nd chance offers, I haven't found any problems with it. I also use it to export my completed auctions to another program and this feature works great. I haven't seen exporting in any other ebay auction program and is very handy this feature works great.

It's exactly what I was looking for !!! I tested many other programs, also the once, which provide posting items, but most of all were not working as I expected and were unnecessary complicated. Anyway I don't need a listing program, since I can use Turbo lister for free or Seller Assistant and it's enough. very elated about the many added features it came with, most especially the automated PayPal fees calculations and buy it now fee. It surely made my life easier. I used to calculate the PayPal fees manually... 95% of my auctions are paid via paypal. Having to do it manually is very counter productive. This is one of the easiest and most practical way of keeping track of auctions. An excellent feature is that it will keep track of different user id on ebay. And will give you separate summary for each Id. It is easy to use.
